Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
Develop and execute an integrated
digital marketing strategy
aligned with business goals.
Drive
brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth

Build, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team (performance, content, SEO, social, design).
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment.

Content, SEO & Organic Growth
Oversee
SEO strategy

Marketing Automation & Analytics
Implement and optimize
marketing automation tools
and CRM integration.
Track KPIs using
Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools

Present clear performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Brand & Digital Presence
Strengthen brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Lead social media strategy and online reputation management.
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and platform changes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Proven track record of scaling digital channels and driving revenue

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
Google Analytics / GA4
CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
