Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Digital Marketing Head

to lead a small marketing team and drive our brand's digital presence. The role involves overseeing digital campaigns, content creation, graphic design, and marketing materials like brochures and creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all channels. Manage and guide a small team of digital and design professionals. Plan and monitor paid and organic campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Oversee design and branding for graphics, brochures, and other marketing collaterals. Ensure strong online presence through SEO, social media, and website updates. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth execution of marketing plans.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5-8 years

of experience in digital marketing, with at least

2 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in:

Digital marketing tools

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing)

Graphic design software

- CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva*
Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and visual design. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in B2B/B2C marketing. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset. Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM Working knowledge of ad serving tools Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools Skills and experience in creative content writing Analytical mindset and critical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
