Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM (Day Shift)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead and manage our overall digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email to drive brand growth, lead generation, and ROI. This leadership role requires a strong balance of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration. Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts. Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Head or in a senior digital marketing leadership role. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
