Role Overview

Helett Enterprises LLP is seeking an experienced

Head of Digital Marketing

to lead the marketing and marketplace growth function of our e-commerce business. This role is fully responsible for driving

sales growth through digital marketing

, managing performance campaigns, strengthening brand presence, and leading the marketing team.

This position works closely with the

Marketplace Department

and owns end-to-end digital advertising and branding for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Head the Digital Marketing and Marketplace Growth function. Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team. Build and execute performance-driven marketing strategies aligned with sales targets. Own marketing budgets, planning, and ROI accountability.

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

Google Ads

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Drive revenue, conversions, and customer acquisition at scale.

SEO, SEM & Social Media

Lead

SEO & SEM

strategy to improve organic and paid visibility. Manage

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

for brand awareness and engagement. Ensure consistent performance tracking and optimization.

Marketplace & E-commerce Growth

Work directly with the marketplace team to increase sales. Optimize listings, promotions, and advertising strategies across platforms. Identify growth opportunities and improve conversion funnels.

Branding & Advertising

Handle overall branding and advertising strategy of the company. Oversee creatives, campaigns, and messaging across all channels. Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Reporting & Analysis

Track KPIs, campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact. Prepare performance reports and present insights to management. Use data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

Minimum 2+ years in a Managerial or Head-level role

Strong hands-on expertise in: Google Ads Meta Ads SEO & SEM Social Media Marketing Branding & Performance Marketing Prior experience in

e-commerce or marketplace businesses

Willingness to

relocate to Kozhikode (HiLITE Business Park)
