Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with

Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement for internal brands and client accounts
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including:
Graphic Designers
Content Writers
Digital Marketers
Video Creators
SEO Specialists
Allocate tasks, define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery
Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations
Campaign & Performance Management
Plan and oversee paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, SEO, Content, and Video platforms
Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, traffic, conversions, and engagement
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to Management
Content & Brand Governance
Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and communication
Review and approve creatives, content calendars, ad copies, and campaign strategies
Oversee video marketing, reels, and multimedia content initiatives
SEO & Website Performance
Lead SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance
Coordinate with Web & App Development teams for landing page optimization
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients of Team Back Office
Present campaign performance, insights, and improvement strategies
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
