The Digital Marketing Head will oversee the company's digital marketing activities, manage client projects, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with strong communication skills, leadership potential, and a passion for driving online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and services.
Manage and support the digital marketing team in campaign execution and coordination.
Handle client communications, understand their requirements, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Oversee SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising activities.
Ensure smooth operations and workflow within the marketing department.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve reach and engagement.
Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and paid campaigns.
Strong communication and client handling skills.
Leadership and organizational abilities to manage projects smoothly.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other digital platforms.
Experience in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Salary Range:
Rs.10,000/- to Rs.20,000/-( Based on performance and experience).
