Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Digital Marketing Head

to lead and manage all online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, driving brand visibility, generating leads, and enhancing overall digital presence across multiple platforms. This leadership role requires both creative and analytical skills to ensure strong ROI on all digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Leadership



Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve performance targets.

Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Performance Marketing



Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum results.

SEO & Website Management



Oversee SEO, SEM, and website content optimization.

Ensure the company website is updated, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.

Content & Creative Development



Guide the creation of engaging content including blogs, videos, graphics, and social media creatives.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting



Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.

Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to management.

Social Media Management



Build strong social media presence across platforms with innovative campaigns.

Manage community engagement, comments, and feedback.

Brand building



Drive awareness and positioning of the brand as a market leader in hygiene solutions.

Design campaigns focused on quality lead generation and customer retention.

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years in a leadership role

Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid ads.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Analytics tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Creative mindset with ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
