Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive online growth. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing channels and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Create and manage annual marketing budgets and forecasts
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Set KPIs and performance metrics for all digital marketing activities
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Oversee email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
Coordinate content marketing initiatives including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tools
Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership team
Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor digital marketing team members and contractors
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
Coordinate with IT team on website optimization and marketing technology stack
Digital Presence Management
Oversee company website optimization and user experience improvements
Manage social media strategy and content calendar across all platforms
Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital content
Monitor online brand reputation and manage crisis communications when needed
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Core Competencies
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Project management experience with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms
Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies.
