Position: Head of Marketing
Organization: Ministry of Skin Clinic
Reporting to: Founder / Medical Director
Location: Richmond circle , Bangalore , Karnataka
Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth across all branches of Ministry of Skin Clinic. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, specifically in the aesthetics and dermatology space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Strategy
Own and strengthen the brand identity of Ministry of Skin Clinic (premium, ethical, science-backed).
Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
Position the clinic as a thought leader in dermatology & aesthetics (doctor-led branding).
2. Patient Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Design and execute lead generation strategies (online + offline).
Improve conversion rates from inquiry ? consultation ? procedure.
Plan and execute campaigns for high-revenue treatments (lasers, injectables, body contouring, etc.).
Track CAC, ROI, monthly revenue attribution to marketing efforts.
3. Digital Marketing Oversight
Oversee:
Instagram & content strategy (educational + aspirational)
Paid ads (Meta, Google)
Website & SEO
Ensure compliance with medical advertising ethics.
Work closely with content creators, videographers, and agencies.
4. Clinic-Level Marketing Execution
Design branch-specific promotions (launches, events, seasonal campaigns).
Improve local visibility (Google Maps, reviews, collaborations).
Plan soft launches, grand openings, and in-clinic experiences.
5. Team & Vendor Management
Build and manage:
In-house marketing team
External agencies & freelancers
Set KPIs and review performance weekly/monthly.
6. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Track:
Leads generated
Conversion percentages
Revenue per campaign
Patient lifetime value
Present monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
Required Skills & Experience
6-10 years of marketing experience
Mandatory: Experience in aesthetics / healthcare / luxury services
Strong understanding of:
Digital marketing funnels
High-ticket service marketing
Consumer psychology in beauty & wellness
Proven track record of scaling revenue
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Profile
Has worked with skin clinics, aesthetic chains, or cosmetic brands
Comfortable working directly with a doctor-founder
Strategic but execution-oriented
Understands ethical medical marketing
