Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Leadership Define and execute Offto's integrated marketing strategy (B2C + B2B). Align marketing roadmap with business goals (traveler growth + property subscriptions). Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing in-house marketing team. Work closely with Founders and Product teams on new feature launches (Hive, Circles, Offtovalor). 2. Brand & Storytelling Develop and safeguard Offto's brand identity and messaging. Create campaigns showcasing Offto's unique subscription model. Lead PR & media outreach ? secure features in travel + startup platforms. 3. Digital & Growth Marketing Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn). Drive app installs, bookings, and engagement at optimal cost. Manage SEO, ASO, and organic growth initiatives. Track & optimize KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention). 4. Social Media & Community Lead content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts. Ensure consistent campaigns (reels, contests, Hive promotions, Offtovalor challenges). Build an engaged traveler community inside the Offto app and across social media. 5. Influencer & Partnership Marketing Identify and collaborate with travel influencers and creators. Plan and execute influencer meetups/events. Build partnerships with brands, cafes, and travel-related businesses for cross-marketing. 6. Property-Side Marketing (B2B) Design and run campaigns for property subscriptions. Develop case studies and success stories to showcase benefits. Oversee partner communication, dashboard adoption, and renewal campaigns. 7. Analytics & Reporting Own marketing dashboards and reporting systems. Present monthly & quarterly results to leadership. Use data to guide strategy adjustments.
