We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Head to define and lead a high-impact digital growth strategy. This leadership role will be responsible for driving demand generation, enhancing brand visibility, and accelerating revenue growth across performance, content, and digital ecosystems within a competitive real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Display, and YouTube
Drive lead generation, optimize CPL, maximize ROI, and improve full-funnel conversions
Oversee SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM integrations
Lead branding initiatives, online reputation management, and social media strategy
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, dashboards, and insights to optimize results
Manage, mentor, and develop internal digital marketing teams
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Plan, allocate, and control digital marketing budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth
Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates
Key Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of hands-on experience in senior digital marketing leadership roles
Strong expertise in performance marketing, PPC, programmatic, and paid media platforms
Experience in real estate, BFSI, or high-ticket sales environments preferred
Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with strategic decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
MBA / PG in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred
