Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Head - Global Operations
who can lead and execute global marketing strategy across all Makhija Quantum AI(TM) SaaS products.
The ideal candidate is a growth hacker, data-driven strategist, and team builder who understands SaaS funnels, AI marketing automation, and global digital ecosystems (US/EU/India).
Key Responsibilities1. Global Marketing Strategy
Design and execute unified global marketing roadmap for all SaaS products.
Create strong GTM (Go-To-Market) frameworks for each product based on geography, audience, and pricing.
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to position offerings effectively in high-value markets (US, UK, EU, India, SEA).
2. Growth & Performance Marketing
Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
Build global paid acquisition funnels for user acquisition, trials, and conversions.
Implement full-stack growth tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Segment, Hotjar, etc.
Track CAC, LTV, and ROI across all ad channels and geographies.
3. SaaS & Automation Integration
Create and optimize AI-based marketing automations via n8n/Zapier.
Oversee lead scoring, CRM automation, and retargeting pipelines for multi-product cross-sell.
Drive user onboarding funnels for all SaaS products through data-driven behavioral triggers.
4. Brand & Content Strategy
Establish global content strategy across web, SEO, blogs, video, and product launches.
Build authority via organic channels, PR collaborations, podcasts, and influencer marketing.
Maintain brand consistency across all products under Makhija Quantum AI(TM) umbrella.
5. Leadership & Global Coordination
Build and manage distributed teams across India, Europe, and the US.
Work with the CEO and leadership to forecast, budget, and scale global marketing operations.
Establish SOPs for campaign management, reporting, and automation.
Qualifications
7-12 years of digital marketing & growth experience, with at least 3+ years in SaaS or tech startups.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, global branding, and SaaS analytics.
Experience in scaling products internationally (US/EU markets preferred).
Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Suite, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Zapier, GA4.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working with lean, automation-first teams is a strong plus.
