Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for
India and international markets
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other global platforms
Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives
Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools; optimize for ROI and conversions
Plan and manage social media calendars aligned with global audiences and time zones
Coordinate with design, content, sales, and international stakeholders
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Guide and mentor junior team members or external agencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in digital marketing
Strong understanding of
global digital marketing strategies
and audience targeting
Experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and lead generation
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ads platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international clients
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
Education
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
MBA or professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a plus
