Role Overview:


We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to own and scale our entire digital marketing function. You will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy, integrating all channels into a cohesive growth engine, and leading a team of managers and specialists. Your focus will be on driving sustainable growth, market leadership, and aligning marketing goals with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Holistic Strategy Development:

Craft and own the overarching digital marketing and growth strategy. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and innovative channels for growth.

Team Leadership & Scaling:

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Manage team leads for SEO, PPC, and Content, empowering them to execute while you focus on strategic direction.

Budget & ROI Oversight:

Own the entire marketing budget and P&L for customer acquisition. Forecast long-term growth and allocate resources strategically across channels and initiatives for maximum business impact.

Marketing Technology & Operations:

Oversee the marketing tech stack (CRM, Analytics, Automation) to ensure data integrity and enable scalable, personalized marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Act as the key liaison between marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership. Ensure marketing strategies fully support and accelerate business goals like revenue and market share.

Performance Monitoring:

Define the key metrics for the business. Implement a culture of data-driven decision-making across the team.

Qualifications & Skills:



8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers. Proven experience in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth. Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and understanding P&L statements. Deep understanding of how to integrate marketing technology (CRM, CDP, MAP) to create a seamless customer experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
