Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and oversee digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Optimize website traffic, lead generation funnels, and customer engagement channels.
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient spending.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to maintain a strong digital presence.
Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies.
Provide performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, email automation tools, and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics/reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
