Job Title: Associate Digital Marketing / Content Writing

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.

2. Content Distribution: Utilize various distribution channels to disseminate content, including email marketing, social media, and public relations.

3. Brand Messaging: Develop and maintain the company\'s voice and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications.

4. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing strategies and techniques to enhance the organization\'s online presence and engagement.

5. Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance-based marketing campaigns to drive measurable results and optimize ROI.

6. Online Reputation Management (ORM): Proactively manage and enhance the organization\'s online reputation by monitoring and addressing online feedback and sentiment.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives, using data to refine strategies and tactics. 8. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry publications to secure media coverage.

9. Marketing Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Technical Requirements:

1. Degree in Journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a strong preference for experience in both fields.

3. Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.

4. Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

5. Knowledge of PR and media relations best practices.

6. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

9. Strong organizational and project management abilities.

General Skills

Understanding of business development processes of lead initiation till closure

Ability to meet targets in scheduled time

Ability to understand and create documents and communication blueprints

Aptitude to achieve organizations current and future goals along with forecasting business growth opportunity

Willingness to expand horizon and be open to learn new concepts in Angel Investing etc

Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision

Strong ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with a high degree of accuracy
