Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead performance marketing, organic growth, and customer retention initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in digital strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution--preferably within the beauty or e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. Continuously test new platforms, tactics, and partnerships to improve ROI. Analyze performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools to guide decision-making. Lead SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and content planning to boost organic traffic. Coordinate with content creators to develop engaging blogs, product guides, and editorial content. Drive social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Build community engagement through influencer collaborations and brand storytelling. Identify and partner with like-minded beauty or lifestyle brands for co-branded marketing. Establish and manage influencer and affiliate relationships to amplify reach and authenticity. Create effective email campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and customer lifecycle marketing. Maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through automation, segmentation, and personalization.
Key Skills & Expertise:

Performance Marketing: Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. SEO & Content Strategy: Proven success in content-driven organic growth. Social Media: Ability to grow social media channels with creative, high-engagement campaigns. Creativity: Skilled in ad copywriting, brand messaging, and storytelling. Analytical Thinking: Data-savvy with a testing mindset and focus on KPIs. Industry Passion: A strong interest in clean, ethical, and sustainable products is a plus.
