They will be responsible for creating compelling offers, optimizing our website for conversions, and coordinating efforts with our design and development teams to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.

Offer Creation

: Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.

Website Optimization

: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.

Coordination

: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Analytics

: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Customer Journey Mapping

: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.

Qualifications:

Technical Experience

: 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.

Industry Knowledge

: Experience marketing B2B professional services

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Project Management

: Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.

Communication

: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity

: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.

: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast-evolving marketing landscape.
