Set budgets, target specific demographics, and monitor campaign performance. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement. Sales Support: o Attend and interact with visitors at the showroom or factory & showcase our range of products and assist clients with selection by providing relevant information if required. o Provide detailed quotations to the Sales team as and when required. o Travel to various brick stores to interact with the Branding team and provide support. Social Media Management: o Coordinate with the branding team to create engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. o Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors for the design and development of marketing collateral. o Schedule posts and maintain digital marketing plans, including SEO and festive calendars. o Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on what works and what doesn't. o Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience. o Stay updated on social media trends and utilize new tools and techniques. o Use digital ads (Meta Ads and Google Ads) for campaigns, perform regular A/B testing, and manage email marketing campaigns. o Update the company's product image and video database. o Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. o Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital marketingCoordinate the design, development, and maintenance of the company website. o Provide necessary content and plan social media campaigns for brand and product awareness, lead generation, and engagement. o Prepare and execute strategies for digital presence using SEO, SEM, and Google Ads to optimize digital marketing efforts. o Identify events, platforms, and activities for brand awareness and coordinate their execution. o Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and target audience. o Maintain website appearance by enforcing content standards and ensuring visual imagery aligns with branding. o Monitor and analyze website traffic, implementing strategies to improve organic search
