We are looking for a creative and energetic person to manage our social media platforms and create engaging content for our brand. You will be responsible for designing posts, making videos, writing contents, managing pages, and growing our online presence to connect with farmers and Agri-dealers.
1. Content Creation
1) Can design posts (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
2) Can shoot/edit short videos or reels
3) Has a creative eye for trends and visuals
2. Platform Expertise
1) Knows how to grow followers and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.
2) Understands what kind of content works on each platform
3. Marketing Knowledge
1) Understands branding, product positioning, and target audience
2) Can run paid promotions (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
4. Language & Communication
1) Strong command of Gujarati, Hindi, English
2) Can write captions, post descriptions, taglines creatively
5. Basic Analytics
1) Knows how to track performance of posts (likes, reach, leads)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
