Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on data.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Manage website content and ensure up-to-date information.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies when required.
Maintain strong online reputation by handling reviews, ratings, and patient engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Good communication and design skills (basic Canva/Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
Preferred Skills:
Healthcare or dental industry experience.
Knowledge of patient engagement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
