We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable

Digital Marketing Faculty / Trainer

to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves conducting engaging training sessions, developing learning materials, and mentoring learners in practical digital marketing skills, ensuring they are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars

for beginner to advanced learners. Deliver training in multiple formats -

classroom, online, and pre-recorded tutorials

. Design, update, and deliver

training content, case studies, exercises, and presentations

aligned with the latest digital marketing trends. Simplify and translate

complex digital marketing concepts

into practical, learner-friendly content. Provide

hands-on training

in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO Tools, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Canva, WordPress, and Email Marketing platforms. Facilitate

live projects and simulations

to enhance learner understanding and practical application. Evaluate learners' progress through

assignments, quizzes, and projects

Candidate Profile

Strong expertise in

Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, WordPress, Canva, and Email Marketing Tools

. Excellent

communication, public speaking, and presentation skills

. Strong

interpersonal skills

with a

learner-first approach

. Patience, empathy, and adaptability while teaching diverse learners. Ability to connect

theoretical concepts with practical, real-world applications

.
