Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Faculty to train students in modern online marketing techniques and tools. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting practical sessions, and preparing students for real-world digital marketing careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core topics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Web Analytics, and Paid Advertising. Provide hands-on training in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools. Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, and assignments as per industry standards. Guide students in live projects, campaigns, and case studies. Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools. Mentor students for certifications like Google, HubSpot, and Meta. Encourage practical, creative, and analytical thinking in students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms. Hands-on experience in running digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, practical learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry-recognized certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.). Experience in managing live client projects or campaigns. Prior teaching or corporate training experience.
