Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Meta Business Manager.
Optimize campaigns to increase ROI, reduce CPA, and boost conversions.
Run A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends & updates in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Good knowledge of PPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Tracking, and Retargeting.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Pixel Tracking & Tag Manager.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Google Ads or Meta Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Paid Ads Campaign Management
