Run & optimize Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads
Generate & manage real estate leads (low CPL focus)
Campaign planning for new launches & site visits
Coordinate creatives, ad copies & landing pages
CRM integration & lead tracking
Weekly performance reporting & analysis
Required Skills:
Hands-on Meta & Google Ads experience
Real estate lead generation knowledge
Understanding of buyer funnels
Basic design/content sense
Data-driven & ROI-focused mindset
KPIs:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Qualified leads & site visits
Contribution to closures
