Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels. Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions. Manage social media marketing -- content creation, ad management, audience engagement, and analytics. Handle email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing campaigns. Create and track performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand communication. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven strategies. Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and accountability in campaign planning and team coordination.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in Digital Marketing with measurable results. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, and Branding. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent command of analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams. Creative mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any or related field. Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.(Not mandatory) Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred.

Remote: Open for candidates across India. On-site (Bihar): Candidates based in or near Bihar can work from our office.
