Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in pune. The ideal candidate will have expertise in lead generation and management, digital marketing strategy, and graphic design. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Management:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies

- Manage lead databases and track lead interactions

- Nurture leads through email marketing and other channels

2. Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, etc.)

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

3. Graphic Design:

- Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for digital campaigns

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

4. Other:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals

- Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics and ROI

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and graphic design

3. Skills:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)

- Strong understanding of lead generation and management principles

- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

- Excellent communication and project management skills

4. Certifications: Google Analytics certification or similar certifications are a plus

5.Performance Marketing

Definition: A type of digital marketing that focuses on specific, measurable actions, such as clicks, leads, or sales.

Goals: Prioritizes immediate, tangible results and a high return on investment (ROI).

Metrics: Relies on performance-based metrics like cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and click-through rate (CTR).

Cost Model: Advertisers pay only when a specific action is completed, making it a cost-effective model.
