About the Role



We are seeking a

Digital Marketing Specialist

with deep expertise in

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising

to drive qualified leads, brand awareness, and engagement for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in generating leads for

B2B and B2C tech audiences

, optimizing ad performance, and aligning campaigns with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and manage

Meta Ads campaigns

focused on

lead generation, brand visibility, and product adoption

for IT solutions. Develop

targeting strategies

for niche audiences such as IT decision-makers, CTOs, CIOs, developers, and tech professionals. Conduct

keyword and competitor research

to inform campaign and creative strategies. Optimize campaigns for

CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates

, ensuring maximum ROI. Collaborate with the

content and design teams

to create engaging ad copies, graphics, and videos that communicate complex IT solutions effectively. Implement and manage

Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking

to measure user behavior and campaign effectiveness. Prepare detailed

performance reports

, analyze KPIs, and provide strategic insights for ongoing campaign improvement. Stay updated on the latest

Meta Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes

, especially as they relate to the tech and software space. Work closely with the

sales and product teams

to align digital campaigns with business goals and customer personas.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.

2-5 years

of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns in the

IT or tech industry

. Proven success in generating

qualified B2B or SaaS leads

through Meta platforms. Strong understanding of

digital marketing funnels, retargeting strategies, and lead nurturing workflows.

Experience with

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools

(like HubSpot or Zoho), and marketing automation platforms. Data-driven mindset with strong

analytical and reporting skills.

Creative and strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail.

Meta Blueprint Certification

or equivalent certification (preferred).

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic advertising.

Experience marketing

SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions.

Familiarity with

marketing automation and lead scoring.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology-driven marketing
