Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

? Manage company profiles across social media platforms

? Manage the social media team from brands side and manage the scheduling of postings and content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs).

? Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs promptly to build strong engagement.

? Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Sales & Business Development

?

Assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.

? Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.

? Handle leads generated through social media campaigns and convert them into sales.

? Handle inbound leads from social media, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.

? Pitch products/services to potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.

? Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

? Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

? 1-3 years of experience in social media management.

? Experience in sales as well would be appreciated

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
