Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Develop and manage paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
to generate qualified leads for courses.
Optimize CPC, CPL, and ROI for campaigns.
SEO & Website Management
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Work with the web team to optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
Social Media Marketing
Create engaging content, reels, and campaigns for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Manage community engagement, student interaction, and brand reputation online.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Run automated drip campaigns for lead nurturing.
Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools
.
Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
Education-Specific Marketing
Plan seasonal campaigns around
admissions, workshops, webinars, and career counseling sessions
.
Collaborate with counselors and academic teams to align marketing strategies with student needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of digital marketing experience
(with at least 1-2 years in the
education/training/edtech sector
).
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.), Meta Ads, and CRM platforms
.
Strong understanding of
student lead generation funnels and admission campaigns
.
Excellent communication, content writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
