Your tasks

Main Tasks and Duties:

Develop and execute digital marketing plans for the Communication Segment Strategize and implement campaigns leveraging digital marketing tactics (website, social media, digital advertising, SEO, email marketing) Oversee the Communication Segment area of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for user experience and conversion Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display networks) Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience engagement and brand presence Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers Collaborate with the Corporate Communications web team to optimize the HUBER+SUHNER website and digital channels Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI Responsible for web publishing plan, and external customer-facing digital communications Coordinate content development in alignment with overarching brand guidelines Assess and revise existing digital materials, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible Develop relationships with peers across the globe to leverage ideas and materials Responsible for monitoring budget and expenditures, ROI analytics, and reporting

Your profile

Education and Experience:

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including website management, social media, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing Experience with social media channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WeChat, Instagram, etc.) ? Experience with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Kentico, SalesForce, HubSpot) Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Experience in B2B digital communication, preferred


Skills and Knowledge:

Excellence in written and verbal English; German is an advantage Demonstrated project management and time management skills Ability to create briefs for external suppliers and manage budget and delivery time Ability to travel as needed Demonstrated creative and operational capabilities, including with AI tools Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


Personal Qualifications:

Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical and independent way of working Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things. Should be able to work in international, intercultural and cross functional teams.
