You will be directly responsible for increasing qualified leads for our financial and compliance services, optimizing our conversion funnel, and maintaining a secure, high-performing website.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Strategy (Focus on Lead Generation)
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Plan, execute, and manage all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and paid social media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) to generate high-quality leads for services like Company Registration and Tax Filing.
SEO & Content:
Develop and implement technical and on-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings for relevant financial and compliance keywords (e.g., "GST filing in Kerala," "Startup registration India").
Landing Page Optimization:
Design, build, and A/B test high-converting landing pages focused on capturing customer information for specific services.
Email Marketing:
Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns (segmentation, design, deployment) to nurture prospects and engage existing clients.
Analytics:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across the website and marketing campaigns using
Google Analytics
and
Google Tag Manager
to inform data-driven decisions.
Website Development & Maintenance (Focus on Security and Performance)
Technical Health:
Ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of all company websites, which is critical for a financial services firm.
Web Development:
Implement design changes, functional updates, and necessary integrations (e.g., CRM, scheduling tools) using
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
.
Content Management System (CMS) Management:
Oversee content updates, user permissions, and plugin management for our primary CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Technical SEO:
Focus on backend factors like site speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup to maximize search visibility and user experience.
Troubleshooting:
Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for crucial service pages and lead forms.
