We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with proven expertise in real estate lead generation across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, highly analytical, and capable of executing data-driven marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
Design and execute lead generation strategies for real estate projects.
Run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with high conversion rates.
Optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality.
? SEO & Website Optimization:
Improve organic rankings and drive traffic via SEO best practices.
Optimize landing pages for better lead conversion.
? Social Media & Content Marketing:
Manage and grow social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Plan and execute content strategies for better engagement and lead nurturing.
? Analytics & Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM platforms to track and analyze performance.
Provide regular lead conversion reports and suggest improvements.
Key Requirements:
? Mandatory Real Estate Experience: Minimum 1+ years in digital marketing for real estate companies.
? Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and CRM platforms.
? Lead Generation Expertise: Proven track record in generating high-quality leads with strong conversion rates.
