Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing and a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns to drive high ROI and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Mastery: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video ads.
Performance Marketing: Focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics to track performance, generate detailed reports, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
Optimization: Implement an A/B testing mindset to constantly refine ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
Requirements & Skills
Experience: A minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to act as a data-driven strategist with an expert-level focus on optimization.
Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to staying updated with digital trends.
