Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions

- Manage and optimize our website, social media presence, and email marketing campaigns

- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform digital marketing strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives

- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot

- Knowledge of web development and design principles

- Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other digital marketing tools

- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
