The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving Scylla Luxury Resort & Spa's online presence, enhancing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads through creative digital campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical know-how and creative flair to align the resort's luxury positioning with impactful online marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Develop pre-opening, seasonal, and outlet-specific marketing campaigns to boost visibility and revenue.
Manage PPC campaigns, retargeting ads, and meta search optimization (TripAdvisor, Trivago, Google Hotels).
Content Creation & Social Media
Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and blogs showcasing the resort's rooms, dining, spa, events, and experiences.
Run creative campaigns such as teaser series, contests, and influencer collaborations to drive engagement.
Website & SEO/SEM
Oversee updates and optimization of the resort website.
Improve SEO ranking with targeted keywords, blogs, backlinks, and local SEO strategies.
Monitor website analytics and conversion rates using Google Analytics & Search Console.
Email & CRM Marketing
Design and run email marketing campaigns for offers, loyalty programs, and event promotions.
Segment and maintain guest database for personalized communication.
Track open rates, CTR, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs for digital campaigns, social media, and website traffic.
Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Benchmark competitors' digital activities and suggest innovative strategies.
Brand Partnerships & PR
Collaborate with OTAs, travel influencers, bloggers, and digital media partners.
Support online PR activities and guest engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, or luxury brands.
Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Photoshop, Mailchimp, HubSpot/CRM platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
Excellent creative writing and content development skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive results.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
