Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Central Office, Nalanda Educational Institutions
Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to enhance the digital presence of Nalanda Educational Institutions. This role involves creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to attract and engage prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Campaigns:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve the institutions marketing objectives.

• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).

Content Creation and Management:

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the institutions website, blog, and social media channels.

• Ensure content aligns with the brands voice and marketing goals.

Social Media Management:

• Manage the institutions social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

• Engage with audiences through social media posts, comments, and messages.

SEO and SEM:

• Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website rankings.

• Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the institutions website.

Email Marketing:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with the institutions community.

• Manage email lists, design email templates, and track campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tracking software.

• Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.

Website Management:

• Ensure the institutions website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

• Work with web developers to implement updates and improvements.

Collaborative Projects:

• Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive marketing materials and campaigns.

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for growth.

• Use insights from research to refine digital marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

• Assist in managing the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.

• Track expenditures and report on budget performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
