Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (AI-Driven) Company: Kreatiwitty Labs & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Location: Onsite (India) Type: Full-time --- About the Role: We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who is not just experienced in lead generation, ad campaigns, and client handling--but also highly comfortable with the latest AI tools. This role demands someone who can blend traditional digital marketing with AI-powered automation and optimization to deliver next-level results. --- Key Responsibilities: AI-Powered Lead Generation & Ad Campaigns: Strategically run and optimize ad campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI-based tools (e.g. AdCreative.ai, Copy.ai, Jasper) Use predictive AI tools to improve targeting and conversion rates Implement automation in lead scoring and nurturing Client Communication & Strategy: Manage multiple clients' accounts, share reports, and campaign strategies Use AI tools to generate creative ideas, reports, and competitor analysis Present innovative, AI-enhanced solutions to client goals Content & Posting Management: Create content calendars and supervise posts across all platforms Collaborate with the creative and content team (and AI tools) for high-converting creatives and copy Oversee scheduling and distribution using tools like Buffer, Publer, Notion, etc. Team Coordination & Task Management: Lead a backend team including designers, editors, and content creators Allocate work, conduct reviews, and ensure quality output Monitor deadlines and delivery via tools like ClickUp, Trello, or AI task managers --- Requirements: 1-3 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on lead generation Proven experience in ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube) Strong working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Copy.ai, Canva Magic, etc. Comfortable experimenting with new tools and automating repetitive tasks Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities --- Bonus Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of prompt engineering for content/visual generation Experience with AI-driven CRMs or lead management systems Ability to train junior teammates on AI workflows --- Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Full access to premium AI tools Career growth in AI-powered marketing Hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital marketing workflows
