Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (with Content Writing Skills)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to strengthen our brand's online presence and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to create or refine content with excellent English communication skills (AI-assisted content creation is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.

Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

Monitor and grow engagement across social media platforms.

Use analytics tools to track performance and create actionable reports.

Write, edit, and refine content for marketing materials, websites, and social media (AI tools allowed).

Collaborate with the design team for creative marketing assets. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of SEO, social media management and paid ad campaigns.

Basic knowledge of analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Ability to create AI-assisted content (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop or basic design software is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.

Good time management and multitasking ability.

Interest in content trends, branding, and growth marketing.

Working Structure:

1. Working hours: 9hrs (09:30-18:30)

2. Working days: 6 Days

3. Number of leaves in a year : 21 (privilege leave 12+ sick leave 9)
