Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to manage all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives and contribute actively to lead generation through strategic cold calling. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong grasp of modern digital marketing tools, analytics, and outreach methodologies, and should also possess the confidence and communication skills to conduct direct telephonic engagements with potential clients.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Create and manage engaging content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) aligned with brand messaging.
Handle paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and monitor ROI and performance KPIs.
Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and improve organic search rankings through content and technical optimizations.
Manage website content and oversee updates to landing pages and blog posts.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM to track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional creatives and plan campaign strategies.
Manage email campaigns and marketing automation workflows using platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
Cold Calling & Outreach Responsibilities:
Identify potential leads and maintain accurate lead databases through market research.
Initiate cold calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of products/services and handle basic objections.
Maintain follow-up activity via phone, email, or LinkedIn to nurture leads through the pipeline.
Work closely with the sales and presales teams to align marketing campaigns with outbound efforts.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience with cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and lead tracking mechanisms.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, SEMrush, or similar.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
