Key Responsibilities1? Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility)
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize:
Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
Google Ads (Search, Display, Lead Forms)
Create and manage separate ad campaigns for:
Online courses
Study abroad counseling
Website / IT service leads
Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance on a daily basis
Continuously optimize ads to reduce
Cost per Lead (CPL)
and improve quality
2? Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Coordinate with internal teams to improve:
Landing page structure
Lead forms and Call-to-Action (CTA)
Conduct A/B testing on ad copies and creatives
Focus on lead quality and conversion, not just lead volume
3? Lead Tracking & Coordination
Ensure all leads are properly tracked and categorized in CRM / Google Sheets
Coordinate with:
Academic Counsellors
Business Development Executives
Analyze feedback from sales teams to improve lead quality
4? Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics such as:
CTR
CPL
Conversion Rate
ROI
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Recommend campaign scaling, pausing, or optimization actions
5? Creative Coordination
Brief graphic designers and video editors (freelancers)
Test, rotate, and optimize creatives to avoid ad fatigue
Ensure ad compliance and brand consistency across platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
