Job Description

Social Media Management:

Plan, manage, and execute daily posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Develop and maintain a monthly

content calendar

aligned with brand campaigns and marketing goals.

Content Creation & Execution:

Capture

basic phone shoots

and create

engaging short-form videos/Reels

. Perform

basic reel editing

using mobile or desktop tools. Collaborate closely with the

Graphic Design and Motion team

to execute high-quality creative content.

Performance Marketing:

Strategize and manage

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for better ROI and audience engagement.

Content Strategy & Writing:

Write compelling social media captions, ad copies, and blog snippets. Stay updated with

marketing trends

and implement innovative strategies to enhance engagement.

SEO & Analytics:

Coordinate with the digital team to ensure

SEO-optimized content

across platforms.

Track social media performance metrics and prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.

Preferred Skills:

Creativity with a strong eye for visuals and trends. Familiarity with tools like

Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics

, and

Hootsuite/Buffer

. Prior experience in

content planning and influencer coordination

will be a plus. Should be well versed in Bengali, English Language
