Digital Marketing Executive

with hands-on experience to strengthen our online presence and drive engagement.

Role Overview

Manage social media and run Meta Ads to drive engagement and leads for clients.
Create content, perform basic SEO, and optimize online presence across platforms.
Coordinate with clients and deliver monthly performance reports with insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social media management: Manage client accounts on Instagram and Facebook. Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly posts. Write captions, hashtags, and maintain brand style.
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads): Create and run paid advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. Ensure effective lead generation for clients.
3. Basic SEO & website optimization: Perform keyword research and on-page SEO. Improve Google visibility for client websites. Work on basic technical and content SEO tasks.
4. Content & video creation: Shoot and edit videos/reels explaining client products/services. Create engaging creatives using Canva or similar tools. Plan content ideas for different industries.
5. Client coordination: Communicate with clients to understand requirements. Share weekly updates when required. Maintain professional and timely communication.
6. Monthly performance reporting: Prepare month-end reports showing leads, reach, and engagement. Explain campaign outcomes and improvement areas. Track ad spend and ROI for each client.

Requirements

1. Should have prior basic experience in running Instagram/Facebook ads (internship or freelance experience acceptable).

2. Preferably familiar with Canva, CapCut, or any mobile editing app.

3. Should be comfortable shooting videos .

4. Must have strong communication skills for client interaction.

5. Should be proactive, creative, and able to work with minimal supervision.

6. Preferably based in Kolkata.

7. Must have their own laptop and a good internet connection.

8. Immediate joiners preferred.
