Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Develop, schedule, and publish posts across all social media channels.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow community presence.
Create campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Performance Marketing
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Track ROI, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for maximum conversions.
3. SEO & Website Management
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates and performance improvements.
4. Content Creation
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, emailers, and ads.
Collaborate with the design team for creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving campaign results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
