Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns to achieve monthly lead targets.
Monitor and analyze lead quality, conversion rate, and CPL performance.
Build audience segmentation and retargeting strategies for remarketing campaigns.
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and SEO blogs are conversion-optimized.
Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Create monthly performance reports (CPL, CTR, conversion, ranking improvement).
Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring SEO-friendly structure and fast loading.
Handle Google My Business (GMB) optimization and local SEO to boost local search presence.
Suggest new marketing ideas, automation, and trends to improve lead performance.
To generate a minimum of 3000 high-quality leads per month (quantity may change time to time) at a low cost per lead (CPL) through targeted Facebook & Google Ads, while ensuring the company achieves 1st-page Google ranking for relevant project and brand
