Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Write ad copy and coordinate with the design team for creatives
Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns to improve
CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Run A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages
Analyze campaign data using
Google Analytics
, Ads Manager, and other tools
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes
Suggest new strategies for improving performance and scaling successful campaigns
Requirements
1-2 years of proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram)
Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Experience with
Google Ads Manager
,
Meta Ads Manager
, and
Google Analytics
Ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-based decisions
Good communication skills and the ability to explain ad performance to non-technical teams
Strong attention to detail, especially when managing budgets and targeting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Comfortable working remotely and on a deadline-driven contract
