Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Google Ads (Search, Display), and other relevant platforms.
Budget management and allocation for digital ads.
Content Creation & Management
Create and schedule content (posts, images, videos, blog articles) for social media, website, email newsletters, etc.
Coordinate with graphic designers / videographers / freelancers to produce marketing creative that aligns with the brand.
SEO / Website Management
Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic traffic (keyword research, meta tags, link building).
Maintain and update the company website with new product pages, promotions, blogs.
Email Marketing & CRM
Design, send, and track email campaigns / newsletters.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, segment customers, run drip campaigns and retention activities.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.).
Use tools like Google Analytics & social media analytics to generate reports and insights.
Recommend optimizations based on data.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Work on increasing leads (patients, clients, doctors, depending on business model) via paid and organic channels.
Improve landing pages, calls to action (CTAs), user flow for better conversion.
Market Research & Trends
Keep up-to-date with healthcare / pharma / wellness industry trends, competitors' digital presence.
Identify new digital tools or platforms that can help the company's digital reach.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations teams for aligning marketing with business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors where needed (for design, ads, content).
Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM (Google Ads/PPC), social media marketing.
Familiarity with tools: Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Good content creation skills -- copywriting, basic graphic/video editing (or used to collaborating with designers).
Analytical mindset: ability to understand data, draw insights, suggest improvements.
Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
Good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹10,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience)
