Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business goals, enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation across various digital platforms.
Oversee the management and optimization of on-page and off-page SEO, manage Google Ads campaigns, social media ads and perform keyword research to drive organic and paid traffic.
Create, curate, and manage content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Work closely with the content writer and graphics designer to ensure compelling marketing materials.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize to increase open rates and conversions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and ROI. Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to improve campaigns.
Create and implement strategies to attract high-quality leads, leveraging inbound marketing, paid campaigns, and email outreach.
Work with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the latest digital marketing strategies and tools such as OMIT, particularly in the IT sector
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the IT industry or a similar technical field.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive marketing copy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
