We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling digital content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
SEO & SEM:
Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for the website and online content, while managing PPC campaigns to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and actionable insights.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and build brand presence across various platforms.
Email Marketing:
Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and optimization.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
