Job Description

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, and trends to maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Management:

Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

SEO and SEM:

Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and conversions.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and voice.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow social media profiles, including creating schedules, writing posts, and analyzing performance metrics.

Email Marketing:

Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, provide actionable insights, and create detailed reports for management.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Analyze user behavior and optimize website design, landing pages, and calls-to-action to increase conversions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.). Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus but not compulsory.

Additional Qualifications:



Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing, including AI tools and emerging technologies.
